As a passionate world traveler and lover of life, I LOVE traveling to far away places. Being a certified SCUBA diver and lover of water, most of my travels include a body of water to rejuvenate in.

I have traveled to Tahiti, Belize, The Bahamas, The Grand Cayman Island in the Caribbean, Puerta Vallarta, Cancun, Cozumel and Ixtapa, Mexico, Cabo San Lucas, Baja and as far away as Bali (see my pictures below in Bali). Most of these trips I went by myself. In fact in my twenties, I quit my job with Hewlett-Packard and traveled across Canada and the US in my Toyota 4 x 4 tent camping. You can say I am an Adventurista!

I have come to learn the value of traveling. It is a great opportunity for personal growth. You learn confidence in yourself, patience with being in situations where you are out of control and need to go with the flow and you learn resilience within yourself to achieve stepping out of your comfort zone. Your emotional well-being is jumpstarted by getting out of the every day grind of life. For these reasons and so much more, I incorporate travel retreat trips in my coaching business to challenge you personally and allow you to embrace yourself beyond fears.

Vitality Ventures is where we go together on an exotic retreat to rejuvenate our hearts, replenish our Souls and re-ignite our passion to love ourselves on a deeper level.

For some this will be way outside their comfort zone. That IS the intention. Whether you have been saying "no, I can't afford a vacation" or "I don't deserve a vacation", "I am too afraid to travel", etc. This is the time to put aside all of the fears and excuses and take a giant leap into yourself and immerse yourself in self-love.
